The bamboo viscose delivers the silky-soft, temperature-regulating feel bamboo is famous for. The 30% premium cotton adds structure, durability, and the right amount of weight so the fabric doesn’t feel flimsy or clingy.

We deliberately chose not to use 100% bamboo viscose. Pure bamboo viscose pills quickly, loses shape after a few washes, and becomes see-through over time. Our blend gives you all the softness benefits without those trade-offs.

No — and that was a deliberate design choice. One of the most common complaints about 100% bamboo pajamas is that they become see-through after just a few washes, or are already sheer right out of the package.

The 30% premium cotton in our blend gives the fabric the perfect weight and opacity. You can comfortably lounge around the house, answer the door, or sit on a video call without worrying.

Shrinkage is minimal when you follow our care instructions. Unlike 100% bamboo pajamas that can shrink an entire size, our 70/30 bamboo-cotton blend is engineered to hold its shape. The cotton component stabilizes the bamboo fibers under heat and agitation.

Pilling is the number one long-term complaint about bamboo pajamas. Pure bamboo viscose fibers are so fine they break apart under friction and clump into pills on the surface.

1. Machine wash cold — 30°C / 86°F max. Cold water protects the fibers and prevents shrinkage.
2. Gentle cycle only — High agitation breaks down bamboo fibers faster.
3. Skip the fabric softener — Bamboo-cotton is naturally soft. Softeners coat the fibers and reduce breathability over time.
4. Tumble dry low — or air dry — High heat is the biggest enemy of bamboo fabric. Low heat or lay flat to dry is ideal.
5. No ironing needed — The fabric naturally releases wrinkles when worn. If needed, use the lowest steam setting.

We strongly recommend low heat or air drying. High dryer heat is the fastest way to shrink bamboo-cotton fabric and accelerate pilling.

Our 70/30 blend is more heat-tolerant than pure bamboo viscose, but consistently using high heat will shorten the lifespan of your pajamas. If you’re in a hurry, low heat for 20–25 minutes followed by laying flat to finish drying gives good results.
